HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is perfect for those who are new to Yoga, who would like to refresh their practice or simply for those who enjoy going back to basics. Learn breathing techniques that will enable you to be more present in your practice.

YIN YANG YOGA

This yoga practice involves deep stretching and holding of postures or asanas for lengthy periods of time. Various props are provided to support you as you hold poses.

METAFIT

This 30 minute high intensity workout includes a series of body weight exercises with interval style training. Your body will keep burning calories long after your training session is complete.

RPM

The ultimate indoor cycling workout. Ride to the rhythm of powerful music. A safe aerobic adrenalin ride that is a favourite of those wanting to reduce body fat.

CXWORX

Based on cutting-edge scientific research, CXWORX is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques, and “slings” connecting the upper and lower body.

BODYPUMP

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups while raising the metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.

GRIT STRENGTH

A 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you into overdrive to get super-fast results. A full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.

BOXING

Develop superior upper body and core strength, speed, agility, cardiovascular fitness and improve your posture all at the same time. Boxing classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

TEEN FIT

This class combines resistance training with cardiovascular training and is excellent for improving overall fitness and muscle tone. TEEN F50 sessions are also available.

ACTIVE SENIORS

A fun group workout aimed at improving fitness, strength, mobility, balance and coordination. Specifically designed for more mature adults or those returning to exercise.

LIVING LONGER LIVING STRONGER

This program is endorsed by Council of the Ageing (COTA), LLLS is an over 50’s exercise program that encourages and supports mature people to achieve improved health and quality of life.

HIIT Cycle

30 minute session will build endurance and increase your post workout calorie burn. Constant variation of intensity keeps your mind focused and makes your workout more engaging. An  intense workout while protecting your joints.

HIIT IT

A 60 minute gym session offering “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement” drawing on categories such as weight training, plyometric, rowing, running, body weight and other aerobic exercises.

Aquatic Group Fitness

FAB 50’S AQUA

Use the resistance of the water for an all over low impact workout. A great exercise class for low body impact by using the water as resistance and also support for your body. Appropriate for all abilities.

HOT WATER YOGA

A gentle and very low-impact aquatic exercise helping to develop strength, balance and increased flexibility. With the release of gravity your body is able to find the optimum stretch and leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

GENTLE JOINTS

This therapeutic class takes place in the heated hydrotherapy pool and is designed for people with special needs (e.g. arthritis or those who are recovering from surgery). The warmth of the water and its massaging effects allow muscles to relax while helping to reduce pain.
