BARBELL

Barbell workouts condition the whole body, targeting a vast range of muscle groups to achieve maximum fat-burning and muscular endurance. Tone and strengthen your body in a fun, high energy environment.

BODYPUMP

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups while raising the metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.

BOX N BOOTCAMP

Two great forms of fitness come together with a combination of boxing and bootcamp exercises. Increase fitness, strength and get a full body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.

BOOTCAMP

Full body workout that increases fitness and strength. Go at your own pace – suitable for all levels of fitness.

BOXING

Develop superior upper body and core strength, speed, agility, cardiovascular fitness and improve your posture all at the same time. Boxing classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

CORE STRENGTH

Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while improving your overall athletic performance and increasing your flexibility.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is perfect for those who are new to Yoga, who would like to refresh their practice or simply for those who enjoy going back to basics. Learn breathing techniques that will enable you to be more present in your practice.

HIIT CYCLE

Build endurance and increase your post workout calorie burn. Using an indoor cycle meets the needs of those looking for an intense workout while protecting their joints and helping you to build strength in your core.

LLLS

Living Longer Living Stronger is an over 50’s exercise program that encourages and supports mature people to improve their health and quality of life. This is a fully supervised, personalised training program with a social aspect.

METAFIT

A high-intensity workout combining body weight exercises with interval style training. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in.

CARDIO & TONE

A fun group fitness studio workout aimed at improving fitness, strength, mobility, balance and coordination. Designed for those returning to exercise and mature adults.

LITE CIRCUIT

A fun group gym workout aimed at improving fitness, strength, mobility, balance and coordination. Designed for those returning to exercise and mature adults.

SPIN

Indoor cycling is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for you. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training.

SPORT STEP

Sport Step is strategically designed to strengthen & tone the legs in every plane of motion, there’s no fancy footwork here – just YOU + a STEP. Real fitness, real people, real results. Sport Step is where it happens. GAME ON!

SUB30 CORE

Sub30 Core is a specialised core training class that delivers incredible results in a fun and effective way.

TEEN FIT CLUB

Resistance and cardio training, excellent for improving over-all fitness and muscle tone for teens 12 -15 yrs.

YIN YANG YOGA

This yoga practice involves deep stretching and holding of postures or asanas for lengthy periods of time. Various props are provided to support you as you hold poses.

Aquatic Group Fitness

AQUA FIT

An ideal class to increase strength and fitness with low to moderate aerobic and conditioning exercises set to music. This class has minimal impact on joints and is excellent for all fitness levels.

AQUA DEEP WATER

Higher intensity than Aqua Fit, this class will push you to optimal fitness levels. Improves heart & lung fitness, strength and endurance. Buoyancy belt provided.

HOT WATER YOGA

Held in the hydrotherapy pool, this class takes the principles and movements of Yoga while adapting them to the water environment. With the release of gravity, the body is able to find the optimum stretch. Increase flexibility, improve balance and posture and reduce the risk of falls.

AQUA HIIT

Bringing the benefits of high intensity interval training (HIIT) to the swimming pool. Participants can reap the benefits of Aqua HIIT training with minimal joint stress. This popular workout involves brief bursts of high intensity work followed by a recovery period, it’s fun it burns calories and improves your fitness fast.
